What you need
oz plain greek yogurt

tsp vanilla bean paste

oz sugar

oz heavy whipping cream

oz cream cheese

oz salted butter
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 445F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. 2: In a food processor, blend Biscoff cookie until crumbled. Mix in melted butter and pulse a few secs. Add the Biscoff mixture to the pan and press it down using the back of a spoon until compact. Set aside. 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk in cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Add in sugar, egg and mix well. Add in cream, vanilla bean paste, corn starch and mix until batter is smooth. 4: Pour the cheese mixture passing through a sieve onto the biscoff base. 5: Place the pan onto a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 mins or until golden brown on top. 6: Let it cool completely before refrigerating for about 4 hours.
