What you need

cup sugar

cup powdered sugar

tbsp milk

cup strong brewed coffee

oz all purpose flour

cup buttermilk
egg

cup unsalted butter

cup salted butter

tsp baking powder
Instructions
Cupcakes: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line the muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners. 2. In a bowl, sift through flour and baking powder. 3. In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar until light and airy. Add in eggs and mix well. Then add in coffee and mix well. 4. At the lowest speed, slowly stir in half of the flour mixture, then buttermilk and then remaining flour mixture until well incorporated. 5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin until about 3/4 filled and bake for about 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 6. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before piping. Frosting: 1. With a paddle attachment, beat butter until light and airy. Add in powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Add in extract, milk and mix well. 2. Add frosting into a piping bag and pipe onto the cupcakes.View original recipe
