Single Serving Eggless Tiramisu!

This is one of my favorite boozy treat and it’s super easy to make, and no baking required, perfect to impress your love ones with this dessert. This recipe makes 4 individual servings.

What you need

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tbsp granulated sugar

ladyfingers

cup heavy whipping cream

cup strong brewed coffee

tbsp coffee liqueur
Instructions
1. Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk the whipping cream in a chilled bowl until it's at medium peak. 2. Set aside the cream and add in the mascarpone and sugar and beat it until it's creamy and light. Make sure to not over beat this (it may curdle up). 3. Add back in the whipped cream and 0.5 tbsp of Baileys and mix on low speed until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, mix in coffee and remaining coffee liquor. 5. Break the ladyfingers into pieces and gentle soak it in the coffee mixture (2s dip) and fill the ramekin. Add a layer of cream mixture. Repeat the layering again until the ramekins is filled. 6. Chill the tiramisu for about 3 hours. 7. Dust some cocoa powder before serving.View original recipe
