Honey Baked Apple Rose Tartlets!

1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
2. Cut apples in half and slice them thinly. Soak them in a bowl filled with water and lemon juice. Microwave it for about 3 minutes to soften the apple slices and drain it.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal strips.
4. On each strip, brush it with some honey. Place each apple slice across the upper half of the dough strip, overlapping each other. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Fold the bottom half of the dough strip upwards. Roll up the pastry.
5. Place each of the apple pastry in a well-greased muffin pan.
6. Bake them for about 45 minutes, checking it half way through to make sure the apples don't brown too quickly. You can gently cover it with an aluminium foil and continue baking until the center of the pastry is fully cooked.
7. Once done, remove from the oven and place them on a cooling rack for about 15 mins.
8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and enjoy it with some custard or ice cream!
