This Chestnut Tiramisu is a delightful dessert perfect for small group settings during the holidays. Each person gets their own cup filled with layers of chestnut cream and lady fingers, topped with chocolate shavings for the final touch.
In a pot, add in chestnut, milk, and simmer for about 5 mins.
Blend the mixture to form chestnut paste and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together cheese, cream, and sugar until light and creamy.
Add in the cooled chestnut paste and mix well.
Pour coffee and Bailey's cream into a wide container.
To assemble, dip each lady finger into the coffee mixture for 2 sec and place it into each cup.
Layer it until the base is covered, and pipe in a layer of chestnut cream.
Repeat the layers until it’s filled to the top. The last layer should be the cream.
 Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
Right before serving, shave chocolate on top of each cup for the final finish.
 Serve and enjoy!
