What you need

oz unsalted butter

tsp almond butter

egg yolk

cup sugar

oz dark chocolate

tbsp flour
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 390F. 2. Grease 2 ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder. Make sure it’s all covered so that the cake can be removed from the ramekin easily. 3. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler and set aside. 4. In a separate bowl add in egg, egg yolk, sugar and mix well. 5. Pour the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix until well combined. 6. Add the flour and mix until well combined. 7. Scoop 2 tbsp of the batter and add to the ramekin, and drop 1 heaping tsp of almond butter into the center of the batter and cover it with more batter until its 3/4 full. Repeat for the 2nd ramekin. Don’t fill it up completely full as the cake will rise. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 390F for about 14 mins or until the top of the cake looks done. 9. Remove from the oven and flip the cake over to a plate. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!View original recipe
