Add the Biscoff mixture to the pan and press it down using the back of a spoon until compact. Set aside. 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk in cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Add in sugar and eggs, then mix well. Add in cream, vanilla bean paste, and corn starch; mix until the batter is smooth. 4: Pour the cheese mixture through a sieve onto the Biscoff base. 5: Place the pan onto a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top. 6: Let it cool completely before refrigerating for about 4 hours. Remove the cheesecake from the pan. Using a hot knife, slice the cheesecake for a clean cut and enjoy!
