It has been a while since I made molten lava cake, probably few years back? š§ Anyways this is a super simple and easy bake, individual portion and you donāt have to worry about sharing.

1. Preheat oven at 390F. 2. Grease 2 ramekins with butter and dust it with cocoa powder. Make sure itās all covered so that the cake can be removed from the ramekin easily. 3. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler and set aside. 4. In a separate bowl whisk together egg, egg yolk and sugar. 5. Pour the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix until well combined. 6. Add the flour and mix until well combined. 7. Scoop 2 tbsp of the batter and add to the ramekin, and drop 1 heaping tsp of almond butter into the center of the batter and cover it with more batter until its 3/4 full. Repeat for the 2nd ramekin. Donāt fill it up completely full as the cake will rise. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 390F for about 14 mins or until the top of the cake looks done. 9. Remove from the oven and flip the cake over to a plate. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
