1. Heat the whipping cream over a stovetop until it starts to boil but is not fully boiling yet. 2. Remove from heat and pour it over the chocolate and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then gradually stir the mixture until well combined. 3. Let the chocolate ganache cool down until it has a thick consistency (not runny and not completely solid). 4. Whip up the ganache until it's smooth and silky, and there you have it!
