1. Rinse the glutinous rice with running water to remove surface starch. 2. Soak the rice with water overnight. 3. Drain the glutinous rice and steam it over a steamer for about 25 mins until it’s translucent 4. While the rice is cooking, heat up the coconut milk in a pot and add in cane sugar and salt. Stir the mixture until all the sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from heat. (Taste your mixture along the way to adjust the sweetness up to your likeness) 5. Once the glutinous rice is fully cooked, remove from the steamer and add about 4 tbsp of the coconut milk mixture to the rice and mix it until it’s well combined. Let the rice cool too room temperature. 6. Slice up some mango and assemble your dish! 7. Drizzle more coconut milk mixture to your likeness and top with some sesame seeds. 8. Indulge and enjoy!
